2017 Holiday Shipping & Return Information

We know that you love to buy gifts at Hazel & Rose, so we are extending our gift return window. If you are purchasing a gift before 12/25/17, let us know in the store or add a note to your online order and we will extend the return deadline to 1/25/18. Please note that gifts may only be returned for exchange or store credit.

Cutoff order dates to receive online orders in time for Christmas:

In-store pickup

We offer free in-store pickup for local orders. Simply select "in-store pickup" at checkout. In-store pickup orders are processed within 1 business day and may be retrieved any time during store hours.

All orders will ship within 1 business day. If there is an expected delay for any reason, you will be notified via email.

Shipping within the U.S.

We offer free domestic USPS Priority Mail shipping on all orders over $100. 
Orders under $100 have a flat shipping cost of $10 and ship via USPS Priority Mail.

International Shipping

Hazel & Rose ships to Canada and the UK.

Please note that international shipping does not include any duties or taxes that you may be required to pay by your country upon arrival. These charges cannot be predicted by Hazel & Rose. If your order requires such additional charges, you will be required to pay them in order for your order to clear Customs. Please reference your local laws and regulations if you have questions.
